Fert 'n' Dirt Soil Fundraiser
Each spring, the 56th Toronto Scouts runs our Fert ’n’ Dirt fundraiser, delivering high-quality soil and garden products to homes in Midtown Toronto. Proceeds from every bag sold support Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, and Venturers through camps, activities, and essential equipment.

When It Happens
Fert ’n’ Dirt takes place in the spring, just in time for gardening season. Orders are collected in advance, with a one-day delivery blitz carried out by our youth and volunteers.
Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout Midtown Toronto - and even across the GTA! - with youth and leaders from the 56th dropping off soil directly to your driveway or garden. It’s a convenient way to support local Scouting while preparing for the season.
How to Donate
We accept cash, cheques, and digital payments through Square. Every dollar raised goes directly to Scouting programs, helping cover camps, program supplies, and outdoor gear.
How Fert 'n' Dirt Works
Community members place their soil orders in advance, then on delivery day, our Scouts and volunteers bring Fert ’n’ Dirt products straight to your home. Funds raised stay with the 56th Toronto Scouts, helping cover the costs of weekend camps, program supplies, and outdoor equipment.
